Sales & Services Engineer

Job Title: Senior Sales Engineer VMAX

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow sales in the assigned territories with a strong focus on the steel fabrication industry.
• Develop and manage dealer/distributor networks for VMAX and related products.
• Lead a regional sales team and guide them in achieving individual and collective targets.
• Conduct market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
• Promote and sell products such as welding machines, power tools, plate bending machines, and other machinery relevant to steel fabrication.
• Build strong relationships with customers, fabricators, and industry stakeholders.
• Ensure timely reporting, forecasting, and achievement of sales targets.

Service Responsibilities:

• After-Sales Support:

  Ensure prompt and effective

  installation, commissioning, and servicing

  of all machines and equipment sold.

• Technical Assistance:

  Provide or coordinate

  technical support

  for customers, resolving issues related to performance, maintenance, or operation.

• Service Team Coordination:

  Lead or work closely with the

  regional service team

  to address service requests, preventive maintenance schedules, and breakdowns.

• Service Training:

  Organize

  training programs

  for end-users and dealers to ensure proper usage, safety, and maintenance of equipment.

• Spare Parts Management:

  Coordinate with the service team for

  timely availability of spare parts

  and consumables at customer and dealer locations.

• Customer Satisfaction:

  Ensure high levels of

  customer satisfaction

  through quality service delivery, timely communication, and follow-up.

• Service Documentation:

  Maintain proper records of service visits, complaints, resolutions, and feedback for continuous improvement.

Key skills

We are looking for dynamic Project/Technical services Engineers

• Experience of Vendor Development, Vendor Selection, getting work done on time.
• Design experience of Solid Works & Auto Cad(Preferred)
• Field work like visiting vendors.
• Experience of working with Target deadlines.
• Knowledge of Mechanical Machining Of steel parts CNC/VMC.
• Experience: Minimum 3 Years of experience in project work/Technical Services Team

Salary scale: Not a limiting factor for suitable candidates

• Work Time & Days : Mon-Sat : 9:30am to 6pm
