Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales & Service Engineer based in Bharuch. The Sales & Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, providing technical support, and performing field service tasks. Daily tasks include maintaining and repairing weighing systems and controllers, supporting customer inquiries, and ensuring the optimal functioning of our products. The role also involves collaborating with the sales team to address customer needs and improve service outcomes.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Maintenance & Repair
Experience with Field Service and Technical Support
Excellent Communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and on-site in Bharuch
Relevant experience 1 to 3 years in Industrial Equipments.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
