Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales & Service Engineer, based in Jamshedpur with some flexibility for remote work. The Sales & Service Engineer will handle tasks such as diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment issues, providing front-line technical support, performing maintenance and repair of CNC machines, and addressing customer inquiries along with Field Technical Sales by performing client visits generation of leads and closure of leads . The role may also involve site visits to engage with clients and provide field services, ensuring reliable machine and automation performance.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Field Service to identify and address equipment issues effectively.
• Proficiency in Technical Support and Maintenance & Repair of CNC machines and associated systems.
• Excellent Communication abilities for engaging with customers and delivering clear updates and solutions.
• Experience in the manufacturing or automation industry is preferred but not mandatory.
• Willingness to travel locally for on-site servicing as required.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering fields is a plus.
