* Installation and commissioning of CNC Press Brake & CNC Fiber Laser machines at customer sites.
* Troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance.
* Provide technical training and guidance to customers on machine operations.
* Maintain accurate service records and reports.
* Coordinate with the technical and spare parts team for timely service support.
* Travel to customer locations as required (domestic and possible international assignments).
* Minimum 1 year of relevant service experience with CNC Press Brake & CNC Fiber Laser Cutting Machines.
* Strong understanding of CNC controls, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical assemblies.
* Basic knowledge of electrical circuits and laser technology is preferred.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently under pressure.
* Good communication and customer-handling skills.
* Willingness to travel extensively.
