Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Service Engineer based in Gorakhpur. The Sales Service Engineer will be responsible for conducting field service operations, troubleshooting, providing technical support, and carrying out maintenance and repair tasks. Day-to-day tasks include visiting client sites, diagnosing issues, implementing solutions, and maintaining high standards of service and customer satisfaction. Effective communication with clients and the team is also essential to ensure seamless operation and service delivery.
