Sales & Service Engineer

As a Business Development Executive, your role involves driving business growth by engaging with existing and potential customers to meet sales targets and expand market share. Your responsibilities include: - Identifying and managing new accounts while retaining existing ones to ensure consistent sales performance. - Utilizing your strong presentation skills to effectively communicate product capabilities and cost-effectiveness to customers during training sessions. - Proactively engaging in canvassing and cold-calling activities to generate new business opportunities. - Ensuring the successful setup of new machines and conducting pre-delivery inspections before installation at customer premises. - Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system on a daily basis. To excel in this position, you should meet the following qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, preferably in Automobile, Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics fields. - A post-graduate degree in Management would be advantageous. - At least 2-3 years of experience in a related industry, with a focus on frontline sales in automobile workshops. - Demonstrated expertise in presentation, negotiation, and product demonstration. - Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to achieve high income levels. - Proficiency in understanding mechanical and electrical drawings. - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language.
