Job Description

As a Sales Executive in the company, your role involves actively generating leads through various channels such as field visits, cold calling, and digital platforms. You will be responsible for conducting property site visits and presentations to prospective clients, understanding their requirements, and suggesting suitable property options. Your key responsibilities will include: - Following up on leads and converting inquiries into sales - Building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers - Maintaining daily reports, sales updates, and CRM records - Meeting and exceeding monthly/quarterly sales targets - Coordinating with the marketing and operations teams for smooth execution In addition to the sales-related responsibilities, you will also benefit from health insurance, paid sick time, and Provident Fund. Your compensation package will include a performance bonus, quarterly bonus, and yearly bonus. The schedule for this role will be day shift, fixed shift, and morning shift. English is the preferred language for communication in this role. The work location will be in person.
