Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in India for a Sales - Senior Executive/Executive/ASM/ARM/RM/ZM. The role involves daily tasks such as managing and driving sales, building and maintaining customer relationships, developing and executing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and reporting sales performance. The candidate will also be responsible for market analysis, competitor analysis, and customer feedback.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales management and customer relationship management
• Strong skills in market analysis and competitor analysis
• Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the furniture hardware industry is a plus
• Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems
