Hi,
We are looking for "Relationship Manager" in multiple location
Drive mutual fund sales through the MFD (IFA/ARN Holder) channel.
Achieve sales targets (AUM, SIPs, new client acquisition) for the assigned area. Expand and strengthen the distributor network in the territory. Conduct investor awareness programs (IAPs), training, and engagement activities.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key MFDs.
Provide timely support, market insights, and training to enhance partner engagement. ¢ Encourage cross-selling and deeper wallet penetration.
¢ Increase activation and productivity of MFDs through planned interventions.
¢ Promote the use of digital tools, online transaction platforms, and mobile apps. ¢ Ensure regular communication and knowledge-sharing with distributors.
¢ Ensure team and distributor compliance with SEBI/AMFI regulations.
¢ Maintain clean and complete documentation and reporting standards. ¢ Promote responsible and ethical selling practices.
¢ Monitor local market trends, competitor strategies, and business challenges.
¢ Provide regular insights and suggestions to senior leadership for strategic planning.
