Sales Representative

As a Sales Representative, your role will involve promoting and selling a range of uniforms to various businesses, institutions, and organizations. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Identifying potential clients such as schools, hospitals, corporate offices, hotels, and industrial businesses - Presenting and demonstrating uniform product lines to customers based on their industry-specific requirements - Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction - Preparing and delivering professional proposals, quotes, and contracts - Coordinating with the production and design team to ensure timely delivery and customization - Attending meetings with clients to understand their branding and dress code needs - Meeting and exceeding monthly/quarterly sales targets and performance metrics - Maintaining records of sales, customer accounts, and activity reports - Staying updated on industry trends, competitor products, and pricing Qualifications required for this role include: - High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is a plus - Previous experience in B2B sales or uniform/clothing sales is highly preferred - Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills - Ability to understand and explain garment features, fabrics, and customization options - Self-driven, organized, and capable of working independently In addition, the working conditions for this role include: - Full-time position with field visits and client meetings required - Occasional travel to attend trade shows, exhibitions, or client sites This role offers a flexible schedule and compensation package.
