Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales goals, and building strong relationships with customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and a strong understanding of the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits
• Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers
• Provide accurate information about products or services and address customer queries
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations and product demonstrations
• Submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, or promotional events as required
• Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitors, and industry developments

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand customer needs and handle different types of personalities
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven track record in sales
• Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office
• High school diploma; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus
• Willingness to travel as required

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in [industry-specific sales, e.g., FMCG, retail, B2B]
• Multilingual skills are an advantage
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
