You will be joining The Perfume Palette, a company specializing in offering a unique selection of fragrances to cater to every personality and occasion. As a Sales Assistant, your role will involve providing exceptional customer service by helping clients discover their perfect scent. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist customers in selecting products, offering expert advice on fragrances, and matching scents to their preferences. - Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of perfume brands, ingredients, and trends to provide well-informed recommendations. - Demonstrate and promote fragrances to ensure customers have a personalized shopping experience. - Assist with restocking, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and visually appealing store. - Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and foster customer loyalty. - Meet or exceed sales targets to contribute to the overall shop performance. - Participate in store events and promotions to drive sales and engage customers effectively. Skills and Qualifications: - Proven experience in retail or customer service, preferably within the beauty or fragrance industry. - Passion for perfumes, with a good understanding of scent families, brands, and fragrance trends. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently. - Strong attention to detail and capability to maintain an organized workspace. - Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. - Friendly and approachable demeanor with a focus on ensuring customer satisfaction.
