Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation and Outreach:
• Proactively identify and target new businesses through market research.
• Build relationships with potential clients (Prospects) through phone calls, emails, and social media.
• Client Needs Assessment and Strategy:
• Meet with prospective clients to deeply understand their marketing objectives, pain points, and digital requirements.
• Clearly articulate how our services—including Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, SEO, Website Development, and Content Marketing—can provide effective solutions.
• Sales Presentation and Proposal:
• Prepare and present customized Sales Proposals tailored to the client's specific needs.
• Professionally handle client questions and objections to successfully close deals.
• Relationship Management:
• Establish a strong, trustworthy relationship with the client before and after handing them over to the relevant internal teams (e.g., Project Managers).
• Look for opportunities for long-term collaboration, including upselling, cross-selling, and securing referrals from existing clients.
• Reporting and Targets:
• Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly Sales Quotas.
