Role Overview As a Fashion Sales Associate at Terzee, you will be the face of our brand, providing personalized styling advice and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our clientele. Your expertise will help clients discover ensembles that resonate with their personal style, while also contributing to the showroom's sales objectives. Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement: Greet clients warmly, understand their fashion needs, and offer tailored styling advice to enhance their shopping experience. Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our collections, including fabric details, embroidery techniques, and design inspirations, to effectively communicate with clients. Sales Achievement: Drive sales by recommending complementary pieces, upselling, and cross-selling to meet individual and showroom targets. Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining the showroom's aesthetic by ensuring displays are aligned with Terzee's brand image and seasonal themes. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, assist in restocking, and communicate inventory needs to the management team. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain a loyal client base through personalized follow-ups and exceptional service. Operational Support: Assist in daily showroom operations, including opening and closing procedures, and maintaining cleanliness and organization. Qualifications Proven experience in luxury retail or fashion sales. Strong passion for fashion and an appreciation for South Asian design aesthetics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications. Flexibility to work during peak hours, including weekends and holidays.
