Sales Representative

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Entry-Level Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is perfect for individuals who are driven, energetic, and eager to start a rewarding career in sales. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and achieving sales targets in your assigned territory. No prior sales experience is required – we will provide comprehensive training!

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through lead generation, and networking

- Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients to present products and services

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term customer satisfaction

- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs

- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to achieve individual and team sales targets

- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations

- Report on sales activities, forecasts, and results to management

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

- A positive, goal-oriented attitude with a desire to learn and grow

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory

- Basic computer skills (experience with CRM software is a plus)
