Sales Representative

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients and closing sales for Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Website/App Development, and WhatsApp automation solutions. This is a performance-driven role with a compulsory monthly sales target.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Post-Selection

Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM

Important Notice: 2 Week Unpaid Analysis & Training Period for Freshers. For experience we shall evaluate and communicate at the time of Interview.

• All shortlisted candidates must undergo a mandatory two-week analysis and training period, which is unpaid.
• During this period, your skills, attitude, and suitability for the Sales Representative role will be evaluated through structured tasks and training sessions.
• Only candidates who successfully complete this period and are found suitable will be issued a formal offer letter and proceed to employment.
• Participation in this period is voluntary, and no employment relationship or compensation is implied or provided during these two weeks
• Candidates must provide written consent acknowledging the unpaid nature of this period before participation.

Your Role & Key Responsibilities

• Convert leads from digital marketing campaigns and self-generated sources.
• Identify and target businesses for our services.
• Engage and consult with potential clients, understand their needs, and offer tailoredsolutions.
• Prepare proposals, deliver presentations, and close sales.
• Maintain and nurture long-term client relationships.
• Achieve compulsory monthly sales target of ₹1,00,000 to be eligible for full salary and incentives.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless execution.

Salary:

• ₹10,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Salary is strictly linked to achieving the compulsory monthly sales target of ₹1,00,000; partial achievement will result in proportionate payout as per company policy and incentive slabs).

Incentives:

• Lucrative monthly and quarterly performance-based incentives.

No earning limits:

• The more you sell, the more you earn.

Performance Review Clauses

30-Day Review:

• Initial assessment of performance and target progress.

60-Day Review:

• Further review of pipeline, client engagement, and sales achievement.

90-Day Review:

• Comprehensive evaluation for confirmation, continuation, or corrective action based on performance and adherence to targets.

Terms & Conditions (as per Company Policy & Offer Letter)

• Employment is subject to successful completion of the two-week unpaid analysis and training period.
• Formal offer letter and employment contract will be issued only after successful completion of the analysis period.

Probation Period:

• 6 months from date of joining (post-offer), with no leave except weekends and declared holidays.

Compulsory Monthly Sales Target:

• ₹1,00,000. Full salary and incentives are strictly subject to achieving this target. Shortfalls will impact salary and incentives as per company slabs.

Attendance & Conduct:

• Strict adherence to working hours, formal dress code, and professional conduct is mandatory.

Location Requirement:

• Willingness to work from Dronagiri office; preference to candidates residing nearby with a two-wheeler (bike).

Lock-in Period:

• 1 year from date of joining, with penalties for early resignation or non-performance as per appointment letter.
