Job Title: Sales Executive Location: Siana Jewels Showroom Job Type: Full-time Experience: Minimum 2 years in Jewellery Sales at a Retail Outlet As a Sales Executive at Siana Jewels, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience by delivering personalized service and expert advice. You will play a key role in driving sales, meeting targets, and ensuring that our customers leave the showroom with a memorable experience. Your extensive knowledge of the jewellery segment will be critical in assisting customers in selecting the right products based on their preferences, needs, and budget. Customer Service: Provide personalized service to every customer, offering expert guidance on product selection, jewellery care, and features of various collections. Sales and Revenue Generation: Actively engage with customers to meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Product Knowledge: Utilize thorough knowledge of jewellery products, including diamonds, gemstones, precious metals, and latest trends to educate customers and assist in their decision-making. Inventory Management: Ensure that the showroom displays are well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing. Assist in inventory tracking and management. Up-selling & Cross-selling: Suggest complementary products to increase sales and enhance customer experience. Customer Retention: Build lasting relationships with customers through excellent service, follow-up communications, and after-sales support. Transactions: Process sales transactions accurately, including handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods. Market Awareness: Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and pricing, and share insights to support the showroom’s sales strategy.
