We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to drive growth across both our brands. This dual-role opportunity is ideal for someone who can effectively manage B2B relationships, close sales, and ensure client satisfaction in both the plasticware and electronics industries. Key Responsibilities Identify and acquire new B2B clients for both POSH Plasticware and Rustagi Electronics. Regularly visit retailers, distributors, wholesalers, and modern trade channels. Demonstrate products, share samples, and conduct product training sessions with prospective clients. Follow up on leads and convert them into long-term business. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and follow-ups. Collect market feedback on pricing, competitors, and new trends. Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets for both brands. Coordinate with the dispatch/logistics team to ensure timely deliveries. Represent the company at trade fairs and exhibitions when needed. Requirements Proven sales experience in either kitchenware, plastic products, FMCG, or electronics is a big plus. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel frequently within assigned territory. Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach. Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets. Vehicle and smartphone preferred. Why Join Us?
