Job Description

Drive sales of Oracle services and solutions within the assigned territory, focusing on both new business acquisition and account expansion.
Leverage existing customer contacts and generate revenue within the first 30 days of joining.
Develop new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, qualification, account mapping, and customer presentations.
Build and maintain a strong network of relationships with key decision-makers across small, medium, and large enterprises.
Manage end-to-end sales processes, including identifying, qualifying, selling, closing, and post-sales administration.
Execute account plans to meet quarterly and annual sales targets, ensuring consistent pipeline growth and accurate forecasting.
Utilize Oracle's sales tools effectively for lead tracking, pipeline development, and forecasting.
Ramp up quickly on Oracle's Linux, Oracle VM, and support services to position and sell effectively within 23 weeks.
Deliver accurate business forecasts and maintain updated records in internal systems.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve business goals.
Demonstrate perseverance and a result-oriented approach to meet sales deadlines and targets.
