About KVIRAAJ: KVIRAAJ is a luxury real estate development company known for crafting premium residences across India. We're looking for a dynamic HR Manager to lead and manage our human resource functions, build strong teams, and create an inspiring and efficient work environment. Key Responsibilities: Handle direct sales of KVIRAAJ’s luxury real estate projects (villas, apartments, farmhouses) Generate leads through online/offline channels and follow up proactively Conduct property presentations, walkthroughs, and client meetings Build strong relationships with prospective buyers and investors Collaborate with marketing for campaign feedback and lead nurturing Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales pipelines Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets Requirements: 2–5 years of experience in high-value or real estate sales Strong communication and negotiation skills Presentable, confident, and well-versed in dealing with HNI clients Fluent in English and Hindi (regional language is a plus) Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset Knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person
