Job Description

As a Sales Professional at Medtronic, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling Medtronic's products and services within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets. Your responsibilities will include developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders such as distributors and healthcare professionals. You will be responsible for pursuing leads, assessing needs, and providing product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's products and/or services. Additionally, you will promote and establish education of the company's products and/or services, conduct market research including customers and competitors activities, and implement market development plans/strategies and changes as needed. Furthermore, you will communicate customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including R&D, Operations, and Marketing. Key Responsibilities: - Promote and sell Medtronic's products and services within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets - Develop, build, and strengthen long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals - Pursue leads, assess needs, and provide product services to maximize benefits from Medtronic's products and/or services - Conduct market research including customers and competitors activities - Implement market development plans/strategies and changes as needed - Communicate customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to internal stakeholders Qualifications Required: - Broad knowledge of sales techniques typically gained through education and/or on-the-job learning - Ability to use professional concepts and apply company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues - Baccalaureate degree required, 0 years of experience required with an introductory knowledge of company products and services At Medtronic, we offer a competitive salary and flexible benefits package as part of our commitment to our employees.
