Description
As a Supply Chain Specialist at Medtronic, you will play a crucial role in analyzing, developing, and implementing long-term supply chain strategies and networks to address capacity issues and production decisions. Your responsibilities will involve supporting the execution of new programs and initiatives, such as promotional activities, forecasts for key events, new product launches, and network redesigns. Additionally, you will monitor key sales and operations planning performance indicators to enhance the effectiveness of supply chain initiatives. In your role, you will work as an individual contributor within a professional discipline, delivering and managing projects while collaborating with stakeholders to achieve desired results. You may also act as a mentor to colleagues or direct the work of lower-level professionals. Your autonomy as an established and productive individual contributor will allow you to work independently on larger, moderately complex projects with general supervision. Your knowledge and experience in supply chain processes will be essential, along with practical skills in Microsoft computer applications, including Excel, VBA, and IT tools. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience is required to excel in this role. At Medtronic, we offer a competitive salary and a flexible benefits package as part of our commitment to our employees. We value the contributions of our team members and provide a wide range of benefits, resources, and compensation plans to support you throughout your career and life stages.
