Job Title: Sales Executive (Perfumes) - Shop-to-Shop & Retail Sales

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra

About Us:

Dubai Perfume Wala or "A growing perfume distribution/retail company" in Taloja is seeking motivated and dynamic individuals to join our sales team. We specialize in high-quality fragrances and are looking for enthusiastic people to expand our presence across Mumbai.

The Role:

We are looking for dedicated Salesmen and Salesgirls to handle both indoor and outdoor sales, focusing on selling our range of perfumes directly to retail shops, local businesses, and potentially in organized indoor retail settings (malls, pop-up kiosks, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outdoor Sales (Shop-to-Shop): Travel within assigned territories in Mumbai to visit and establish relationships with various retail outlets (e.g., general stores, gift shops, beauty parlors, small departmental stores).
  • Present and demonstrate the perfume range, highlighting features and benefits.
  • Negotiate sales and secure orders with shop owners/managers.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned area.
  • Indoor Sales (Retail/In-Store): Occasionally manage sales from a fixed retail location, kiosk, or participate in indoor sales events/exhibitions.
  • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge of all perfumes and current promotions.
  • Manage stock and handle cash/digital payments accurately.
  • Provide excellent customer service and post-sale follow-up.
  • Submit daily/weekly sales reports to the Sales Manager.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in FMCG, retail, or the perfume/cosmetic industry (Freshers with a strong desire to sell are also encouraged to apply).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi (Marathi is a plus).
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • A professional and presentable demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a sales route effectively.
  • A target-driven and results-oriented mindset.
  • Must be willing to travel extensively within Mumbai.
  • Minimum qualification: High School Diploma/12th grade (Graduates preferred).
