Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Workshop Manager to join our team. As the Workshop Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our workshop, managing a team of detailing technicians, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in automotive services, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality results.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Oversee the overall operations of the store, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient process.
• Schedule appointments, assign tasks, and coordinate workflow for detailing technicians.
• Maintain inventory levels of detailing products, equipment, and supplies.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organizing the store environment.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, address inquiries, and resolve issues.
• Maintain strong relationship with customers, addressing their needs and preferences, and striving to exceed their expectations.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner, aiming for customer satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain quality standards in all detailing services performed, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular inspection of completed work to verify compliance with established standards.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies, promotions, and campaigns to attract new customers and drive business growth.
• Actively engage in sales activities, including upselling and cross-selling additional services or products to customers.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities for business development.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹360,000.00 per year
