Job Title: Sales Officer – Kozhikode Company: BNA Building Solutions Location: Kozhikode, Kerala Job Type: Full-Time Industry: Construction Chemicals / Building Materials Job Description: BNA Building Solutions is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Officer to join our growing team in Kozhikode . The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strong customer relationships, expanding our market reach, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop relationships with retailers, distributors, and construction professionals in Kozhikode and surrounding areas Promote and sell construction chemical products (tile adhesives, waterproofing solutions, grouts, etc.) Achieve monthly sales targets and increase market penetration Conduct site visits and provide product demos and technical support to clients Collect weekly stock data from retail shops and update reports regularly Coordinate with the distribution team to ensure timely deliveries Maintain and update customer records and feedback Requirements: 1–3 years of sales experience (preferably in building materials, construction chemicals, or related field) Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and manage fieldwork Familiar with Kozhikode and nearby market areas Must own a two-wheeler and smartphone Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, etc.) Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field (preferred but not mandatory) What We Offer: Competitive salary + incentives Travel allowance On-the-job product training Opportunity to grow within a fast-expanding company Supportive and performance-driven work culture Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,560.70 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Food provided Health insurance Life insurance Paid sick time Compensation Package: Commission pay Performance bonus Quarterly bonus Yearly bonus Schedule: Day shift Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person Speak with the employer +91 7736412220
