As a Sales Manager at Zennio, you will be responsible for establishing and deploying the Company's commercial practices in the partner and distributor channel across all territories. Your role includes translating defined targets into a time-based forecast, supervising customers and key stakeholders, identifying main initiatives and stakeholders, and leading approval/certification processes for the vertical solution. You will also plan participation in professional events, analyze market offerings of competitors, and ensure compliance with regulations and environmental incidents. Your responsibilities will also involve proposing and researching alternative ways of working, providing technical advice to junior staff and other departments, promoting effective communication within the team, and mentoring and training new junior team members. You will support during exceptional situations, research new technologies, and analyze future needs to coordinate improvements.
