Job Summary:
The Tele Sales Executive will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, and converting potential customers into sales opportunities. The role involves engaging customers over the phone, explaining product offerings such as modular kitchens, wardrobes, and interior solutions, and coordinating with the showroom and design team to ensure smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
· Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote home décor and interior design products and services.
· Handle inbound customer inquiries and convert them into qualified leads or showroom appointments.
· Explain company offerings, product features, pricing, and promotions clearly and persuasively.
· Maintain accurate customer data, follow up on leads, and update CRM systems regularly.
· Coordinate with the design and sales team to schedule client visits or consultations.
· Follow up with customers post-interaction to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.
· Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead conversion targets.
· Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues where necessary.
· Stay updated on new products, design trends, and company promotions.
Skills and Competencies:
· Excellent communication and listening skills in English and local language.
· Persuasive and confident telephone manner.
· Strong customer service orientation.
· Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
· Good computer literacy and experience with CRM software or lead management tools.
· Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and team spirit.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
