Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Representative located in Sambalpur. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying potential customers, developing strong relationships with clients, and meeting sales targets. The role involves promoting Balaji Wafers products, conducting market research, and providing feedback to the company on customer preferences and market trends. Additionally, the Sales Representative will manage accounts, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Sales and Customer Relationship Management skills
• Experience in Market Research and identifying customer needs
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Account Management skills
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet targets
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
