Job Description – Sales Executive (Female Only)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Female Sales Executive with proven experience in the Adhesive industry. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of Water-based Adhesives, Industrial Adhesives, and Hotmelt Adhesives, along with a chemistry background to understand product applications and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage sales for Industrial Adhesives including Water-based and Hotmelt Adhesives in the Mumbai region.
• Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert prospects into long-term customers.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers by providing technical support and excellent service.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with clients.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as per company goals.
• Regularly update management on sales activities, pipeline, and market intelligence.
• Coordinate with the technical and production teams to meet customer requirements and resolve issues.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS as required.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Education: B.Sc. Chemistry / M.Sc. Chemistry (mandatory).
• Experience: 3 to 10 years of proven experience in sales of Adhesives, Water-based Adhesives, Industrial Adhesives, or Hotmelt Adhesives (industry experience is a must).
• Gender: Female candidates only.
• Strong knowledge of adhesive applications and industrial customer requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle field sales efficiently.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,916.38 - ₹39,662.67 per month
