Job Title: Sales Representative

Job Summary

The Sales Executive is responsible for achieving assigned sales objectives, managing the customer portfolio, and identifying business opportunities within designated routes. This position requires strong commercial skills, consistent customer engagement, and adherence to company policies, safety standards, and environmental practices.

The candidate must have a minimum of 4 years of experience in lubricant sales and solid experience in channel sales management.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Management

  • Achieve sales quotas and comply with the established commercial roadmap.
  • Advise customers on the full product portfolio and prepare commercial proposals.
  • Execute sales and manage collections across assigned routes.
  • Maintain and expand the customer portfolio, including prospecting new clients.
  • Strengthen and sustain long-term business relationships with existing customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential markets.
  • Control customer delinquency rates and ensure efficient administration of the collections portfolio.

Customer Relations & Field Activities

  • Conduct scheduled visits to new and existing clients.
  • Develop weekly plans for customer visits, routes, and customer types.
  • Perform product demonstrations and provide training for distributors, dealers, and mechanics.
  • Ensure correct product display and promotional execution at points of sale.

Market & Competitor Analysis

  • Analyze customer market trends to support strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor and understand competitor activities.
  • Recommend promotions for special customers based on market insights.

Compliance, Safety & Environmental Responsibilities

  • Use mandatory personal protective equipment when entering operational areas.
  • Immediately report any event or condition that may affect personal safety, health, or physical facilities.
  • Properly dispose of solid waste generated in the workplace.
  • Contribute to environmental protection by reducing material consumption and supporting pollution-prevention practices.

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum

    4 years of experience in lubricant sales

    .
  • Proven

    experience in channel sales

    (distributors, dealers, retail partners).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and customer relationship skills.
  • Ability to analyze market data and identify business opportunities.
