Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers in the showroom, understanding their needs and providing tailored design solutions.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the showroom's product range, including specifications, materials, pricing, and availability.
• Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to clients.
• Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, designers, architects, and other industry professionals.
• Showroom Maintenance: Ensure the showroom is always presentable, products are displayed attractively, and inventory is well-managed.
• Sales Reporting: Track daily sales, maintain records of customer interactions, and report sales performance to management.
• Market Awareness: Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the showroom team, including designers, inventory managers, and other sales staff to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience: A minimum of 0-1 years of experience in sales, specifically within the interior design industry. Freshers may also apply.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Proficiency in basic computer software (e.g., MS Office, CRM systems).
• Personal Traits: Self-motivated, presentable, and a strong sense of aesthetics. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry Knowledge: Good knowledge of interior products and current market trends.
• Language Skills: Fluency in local language and English is essential.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month, based on Interview.
• Incentives: Performance-based bonuses.
• Work Schedule: Day shift, fixed shift.
