Sales Reporting & Insights Analyst (Bangalore)

About the Role

We are looking for a data-driven professional who can transform CRM and business data into clear, actionable insights. In this role, you will own sales reporting, forecasting, and insight generation to support leadership decision-making. Youll ensure timely delivery of dashboards, highlight key opportunities and risks, and flag process issues for improvement. Over time, there is scope to expand into advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and broader strategic impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards on sales performance and operational quality
• Build insight packs that summarize sales opportunities, risks, and trends for leadership.
• Identify and quantify top sales opportunities and risks on a recurring basis.
• Maintain and improve a self-service analytics portal for sales leaders.
• Support CRM adoption and user engagement reporting.
• Collaborate with QA Lead to highlight process adherence gaps and their impact on results.
• Contribute to longer-term initiatives such as predictive insights, funnel analysis, and strategic reviews (as readiness and business needs evolve).
  

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Strong data visualization skills (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets; SQL proficiency required.
• 2–4 years of experience in business analytics, sales ops, or reporting.
• Ability to turn data into clear insights for non-technical audiences.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  

Success Metrics (First 12 Months)

• 100% on-time delivery of recurring dashboards with zero critical errors.
• Regular identification of priority sales opportunities and risks with quantified business impact.
• Successful launch and upkeep of a self-service analytics portal for sales leaders.
