Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales (Real Estate) professional located in Noida. The Sales professional will manage and execute property sales processes, develop and maintain client relationships, provide excellent customer service, and meet sales targets. Responsibilities include conducting property tours, negotiating deals, preparing sales documents, and collaborating with the sales management team to refine sales strategies. The role also involves continuous learning and training to stay updated with real estate market trends and regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales experience and Sales Management skills
• Ability to conduct Training sessions and guide clients through the sales process
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Knowledge of real estate market trends and regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
