Sales Quotation Engineer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for providing technical leadership in the delivery of quotations, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations. You will work closely with various teams to develop technical concepts, manage project scope, offer technical support to internal teams and customers, and present offers to customers. Additionally, you will collaborate with design teams, assist in material selection, optimize manufacturing processes, implement cost-saving initiatives, ensure quality assurance, manage quotation databases, collaborate with sales teams, conduct market research, manage product lifecycles, and drive continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical direction for quotation delivery, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations - Develop technical concepts with sales, technology, engineering, and commercial services teams - Manage allocated scope of work to achieve quotation goals, including preparing schedules and documents - Offer technical expertise and support to internal teams and customers - Collaborate with design teams to develop new rubber part designs and prototypes - Assist in selecting suitable materials for rubber parts, considering factors like durability, cost, and performance - Identify opportunities to optimize manufacturing processes, reduce costs, and improve efficiency - Implement cost-saving initiatives, such as reducing material waste or improving production yields - Ensure that quoted products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements - Manage quotation databases, track quotation history, and analyze quotation performance metrics - Work closely with sales teams to understand customer requirements, provide technical support, and develop winning quotes - Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies in the rubber industry - Manage product lifecycles, including end-of-life planning, product phase-out, and replacement - Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance quotation accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction Qualification Required: - Degree in Engineering or related field - Previous experience in technical leadership and project management roles - Strong knowledge of rubber materials, manufacturing processes, and quality assurance standards - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams - Proven track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives Benefits: - Cell phone reimbursement - Health insurance - Provident Fund - Yearly bonus Work Location: In person,
