Sales Promoter

You will actively engage with customers to promote FMCG products, explaining their features, benefits, and unique selling points. Your role will involve delivering exceptional customer service by addressing customer needs, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. You will influence customers" purchasing decisions through effective communication and product demonstration. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with store staff, including store managers, supervisors, and sales associates, will be crucial. You will need to ensure adequate stock levels, attractive product displays, and timely replenishment. Monitoring and maintaining the proper placement and visibility of products within the FMCG outlets is also part of your responsibilities. You will be accountable for ensuring that products are correctly priced, labeled, and well-stocked on shelves and displays. Additionally, you will provide regular reports on sales performance and customer feedback. Conducting product training sessions for store staff to enhance their knowledge and selling skills will be essential. As a brand ambassador, you will need to maintain a professional image and consistently project a positive brand image through interactions with customers and store staff. Your work will involve striving towards achieving sales targets, such as volume, revenue, and market share, as defined by the company.
