Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for greeting and directing customers, providing accurate information on product features, pricing, and after-sales services. You will answer customers" questions about specific products/services, conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing, and cross-sell products. It will be your duty to ensure that racks are fully stocked and coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service, especially during peak times. You will also inform customers about discounts and special offers, provide customer feedback to the Store Manager, and stay up-to-date with new products/services. Qualification Required: - Previous experience in retail or customer service roles - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well in a team and handle peak times effectively - Knowledge of product features and pricing - Proactive and customer-oriented approach Any additional details of the company: The company offers health insurance as a benefit for this full-time position.
