Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Profile located in Gurugram. The Sales Profile will be responsible for managing customer interactions, driving sales activities, providing training and support to sales teams, and overseeing sales management tasks. Daily tasks include developing sales strategies, communicating with customers, addressing inquiries and complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The candidate will work closely with other departments to achieve sales targets and business goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales experience and skills in driving sales activities
• Experience in Training and supporting sales teams
• Competence in Sales Management tasks and overseeing sales processes
• Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience in the BPO or hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
