You will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through the matchmaking process and driving service sales. This involves proactive engagement with potential and existing customers via phone calls, meetings, and consultations. Your main responsibilities include explaining our services to potential clients, meeting and exceeding sales targets, fostering strong relationships with clients, providing personalized recommendations and support, addressing customer inquiries promptly, conducting in-person meetings, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer experience. We are looking for candidates with previous experience in sales, relationship management, or customer service, preferably in industries like matrimonial, banking, insurance, or services. Strong communication and persuasion skills, a target-driven mindset, excellent problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in outbound calls and converting leads into sales are desired qualities.
