Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Chennai for a Sales professional. The role involves identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and conducting sales training sessions. The Sales professional will also manage sales processes and contribute to achieving the company's sales targets.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients effectively and ensure customer satisfaction
Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue and manage client accounts
Experience with Training and mentorship to guide team members and improve overall sales performance
Ability to meet or exceed sales targets, strong negotiation skills, and an understanding of market trends
A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
