Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for driving and expanding Dry All's business in the HVAC & R Flow Control and related product segments. Your main tasks will include managing relationships with OEMs and Channel Partners, identifying new business opportunities, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with internal teams to execute sales strategies aligned with company goals. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and develop business with OEMs and Channel Partners in the assigned region. - Identify, approach, and onboard new customers across the HVAC&R segment. - Define and communicate sales KPIs and targets to junior sales team members. - Analyze market behavior and develop data-driven action plans to meet business objectives. - Collaborate with the Engineering Team on new product development and technical support. - Work with management to plan and implement effective sales strategies and promotional schemes for wholesalers. - Conduct regular sales performance reviews, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking. - Participate in and conduct seminars, exhibitions, and industry events across India to enhance market presence. - Lead the development and growth of the Flow Control and related product portfolio in the HVAC&R domain. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical) or Business Administration. - 3-10 years of experience in HVAC&R or Industrial Product Sales (OEM or Channel Sales). - Strong understanding of HVAC&R systems, components, and market dynamics. - Proven track record in B2B sales, account management, and business development. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and data reporting. - Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently or in a team. - Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
