Job Description: We are looking for dynamic, self-motivated Sales Professionals to join our team and help expand Apneehatti’s reach. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales, and helping promote local products through a target-based structure. Key Responsibilities: * Promote and sell Apneehatti products through online or offline channels. * Identify potential customers (individual, retail, or wholesale) and convert leads into sales. * Conduct product demos, presentations, or sampling (if applicable). * Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets to qualify for commissions and incentives. * Maintain good customer relationships and provide after-sales support. * Collaborate with marketing for promotions, events, or exhibitions. * Regularly report progress and feedback to the Apneehatti team. Eligibility & Skills: * Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (preferred). * Passion for local, handmade, and organic products. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Self-driven and target-oriented. * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. * Local language proficiency is a plus. Compensation: * Target-Based Payouts: * Fixed 10% commission per sale (tiered based on volume or product category). * Incentives on reaching monthly/quarterly targets. * Bonuses for bulk deals.
