As a Sales Executive at Lohia Jain Group, you will play a key role in driving sales for our residential and commercial projects. You will be responsible for generating leads, handling client inquiries, conducting site visits, and closing deals while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Ø Key Responsibilities
1. Generate and follow up on sales leads through calls, walk-ins, and referrals.
2. Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective buyers.
3. Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and legal formalities to clients.
4. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and channel partners.
5. Coordinate with CRM, Accounts, and Legal teams for smooth booking and documentation.
6. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management.
7. Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and customer preferences.
8. Represent the company professionally at events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
9. Any other work assigned by higher authority.
Ø Qualification
A) Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business, or any relevant field.
B) Experience: 3 - 5 years of sales experience (preferably in Real Estate sector).
C) Driving License: Preferred (for site visits).
1. Skills & Competencies: Strong communication and negotiation skills.
2. Customer-focused attitude and result-oriented approach.
3. Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
4. Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
5. Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
6. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.
7. Professional appearance and confident personality.
