Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Professional, located in Gorakhpur. The Sales Professional will be responsible for identifying and approaching potential clients, understanding their insurance needs, and suggesting suitable life insurance products. Day-to-day tasks include conducting sales presentations, handling customer inquiries, achieving sales targets, assisting clients with policy documentation, and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure post-sales support and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Ability to understand and explain life insurance products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team
• Experience in the insurance industry or financial services is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
