Job Title: Training & Development Executive (Sales & Product Enablement)

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and independent professional to take ownership of sales and product training across the organization. The person will act as a bridge between leadership and teams, ensuring everyone is equipped with the right product knowledge, sales strategies, and customer understanding.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs focused on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement
• Collaborate with business leaders and department heads to understand training needs and deliver relevant sessions
• Create and maintain product and sales pitch materials, including technical explanations, videos, and presentations
• Conduct regular tests and assessments to evaluate employees knowledge, skills, and performance
• Identify skill gaps and design targeted learning modules to improve team performance
• Support all verticals—sales, pre-sales, channel partners, and customer interactions—with training resources
• Track and report training effectiveness, sharing regular ESS (Employee Skill Status) updates with management
• Ensure all team members achieve high proficiency (10/10) in sales, communication, and product understanding
  

Desired Candidate Profile

Education: Preferably from a Civil Engineering or Technical background

Experience: 2–5 years of experience in Sales Training or Learning & Development

Skills

• Strong communication and presentation abilities
• Understanding of customer psychology (needs, desires, fears, frustrations)
• Ability to design and execute structured training modules
• Comfortable with creating video content and learning materials
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently
