: Sales Outreach Expert US Market

Location

: Kakkanad, Kochi (Work From Office)

Shift

: 5 PM 2 AM IST

Role Summary:-

We are looking for a motivated professional with 1 3 years of experience in outbound cold calling, specifically to US-based leads. The primary responsibility is to initiate meaningful conversations with potential leads, understand their needs, and introduce our IT services effectively.

Key Responsibilities:-

-> Make outbound cold calls to businesses in the US market -> Engage decision-makers and introduce company offerings -> Maintain call records and follow-up schedules -> Support lead generation and qualification as needed -> Coordinate with internal teams for next steps

Requirements:-

-> 1 3 years of experience in outbound cold calling (preferably US market) -> Strong communication skills in English (verbal & written) -> Prior experience in the IT services domain is a plus -> Comfortable working in a night shift (US time zone)
