As a Sales Order Coordinator at a reputed Textile Manufacturing company located in Sitapura, Jaipur, your role involves handling customer inquiries and maintaining professional communication through calls and emails. You will be responsible for preparing and processing sales orders, invoices, and dispatch details. Additionally, you will coordinate between the sales, production, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth order execution. It is essential to maintain accurate sales and client records in Excel or ERP systems, track order status, and ensure timely delivery. Supporting the sales team with documentation, quotations, and follow-ups is also part of your key responsibilities. Moreover, managing office correspondence, maintaining files or reports, and providing administrative support for smooth day-to-day office operations are vital aspects of your role. Qualifications Required: - Graduate in any discipline, preferably Commerce or Business background. - Minimum of 12 years of experience in sales coordination or office administration. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email handling). - Detail-oriented, organized, and ability to multitask. - Team player with a positive and professional attitude.
