Job Description

Sales & Operations Manager


In this role, you will work closely with the Senior Travel Executive to oversee daily sales pipelines, manage trip operations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure seamless customer experiences. You’ll be responsible for building strong partner networks, optimizing operational systems, and supporting the company’s continued expansion with efficient, scalable, and customer-centric execution.


The role demands sales and operations for Tour and Travel Packages in Northeast India and Bhutan. In this role, you will help provide quotes to find the best value options available and make bookings for transport, accommodation, sightseeing activities and other travel related activities a client may need.


  • Handling traveler queries and taking travel requirements
  • Understand clients requirement and offer packages accordingly
  • Coordinating and Managing the Operations with the Ground Poster
  • Handling operations/sales for Inbound & Outbound tour enquiries
  • Create bookings / reservations for customers, Prepare itineraries, tour costing, hotel booking and customisation of international / outbound tour packages
  • Providing excellent customer service experiences - Taking care of any customer escalation post booking and helping with appropriate resolution
  • Post sales file operations, Invoicing
  • Achieve the assigned sales targets
  • Managing leads for business development
  • Responsible for generating revenue for the company.
  • Responsible to ensure that the tour is operated smoothly


Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills is must
  • Have passion for Sales, Operations and customer service is must
  • Must have a proper knowledge about Northeast India and Bhutan states geography
  • Must have excellent Email writing skills, creative thinking problem solving
  • Candidates from Travel / Airlines / Hospitality industry and Northeast India will be preferred
  • Must know the Startup Work Culture and Functionalities


Full Time Job.
