Proven track record in direct sales support or service management at a regional or theatre level. Experience in cross-functional roles , collaborating with sales, operations, and technical teams. Skills & Competencies Subject Matter Expert (SME) in service categories – deep knowledge of internal policies, service workflows, and escalation processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills , including the ability to conduct root cause analysis and develop creative, balanced solutions. Ability to interpret and apply corporate/local business rules effectively. Training and coaching skills – able to conduct tool/process training for new employees or partners. Influential communicator – capable of explaining difficult concepts, negotiating alternate viewpoints, and aligning teams. Mentorship experience – providing guidance to less experienced colleagues.
