Sales & Operations Intern

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and driven intern to join our team and support both our marketing initiatives and backend operations. This is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Sales & Client Interaction

• Assist in identifying new leads and potential clients.
• Support the sales team in pitching products and services.
• Maintain and update customer databases.
• Follow up with leads and ensure timely responses to client inquiries.

Operations

• Support daily operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
• Coordinate between departments for order processing and delivery.
• Assist in inventory management and reporting.
• Maintain organized records of operational data.

Backend Operations:

• Maintain databases and update internal systems
• Assist in process documentation and workflow optimization
• Support daily operational tasks and coordination across teams
• Provide administrative support as required

Requirements

• Currently pursuing/completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, etc.)
• Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace
• Quick learner with a proactive attitude

Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month
