Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate sales data in Excel and CRM tools.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales performance, revenue, and forecasts.
• Support the sales team with lead tracking, pipeline updates, and proposal coordination.
• Identify gaps or in efficiencies in sales processes and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with marketing and finance teams to ensure smooth handoff and execution.
• Maintain dashboards and KPIs to track business growth.
• Assist management in business reviews and decision-making support through data analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, formulas).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
